If my offer is lowered after Optisell checks out my item, what if I disagree?

We recommend you contact us and request that we re-inspect the item to ensure there were no errors or things that may have been overlooked during the initial inspection. If after re-inspection you decline the revised offer, we will ship your device back to you at no charge. Please note that you have 5 days to accept or decline the revised offer that is emailed to you after the initial inspection or the re-inspection. If after 5 days we do not hear from you we will assume that you accept the revised offer and will proceed with the the transaction.
