I received an email notification saying my payment was issued but I haven’t received it. What do I do?_______________________________________________________________________

If you have received an email notification that your payment has been issued via PayPal, you should see the deposit in your PayPal account within 1 business day from when you received the email. If after 3 business days you have not received the payment in your PayPal account, please contact us (and please provide your Order Number) so we can resolve the issue. If you have received an email notification that your payment has been issued via check, it can take up to 10 business days in some cases for the check to be delivered to your location. If after 10 business days you have not received the check in the mail, please contact us (and please provide your Order Number) so we can resolve the issue. If necessary, we cancel the original check and issue you a new check, or payment via PayPal.
