Why haven’t I received any email notification about my order status?

You will always receive updates from Optisell throughout the process, including the ones listed below. If you are not receiving the updates, most likely the email updates are going into your Spam folder. Please check your email Spam folder, and if that does not resolve the issue please contact us and we will make sure you are getting the necessary update notifications.
Standard Updates:
• When the Free Shipping Kit (if applicable) is mailed to you, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can track the status of the Free Shipping Kit delivery.
• After you ship your item to us, you can track the status of the package delivery so you know exactly when we receive it.
• After we receive your item, you will receive an email indicating your item has been received and is being evaluated.
• When the payment is issued (either the check is mailed, or the PayPal transfer is made) you will receive an update indicating that the payment has been made.
